These activities include giving talks on various topics relating
to the marine environment. For example, the importance of the
mangrove environment, the protection of turtles, coral
conservation and so forth.
We also organise trips for members to areas where some of these
projects are currently being carried out to observe, learn and
even volunteer our services.
All the activities are in line with the group's objectives, which
are:
- To provide awareness and education for members on the
marine environment and all its life forms.
- To provide information on conservation projects involving marine
life.
- To initiate and partake in projects that focus on conserving
marine flora and fauna.
- To provide a forum for members to discuss issues on marine
conservation and to update members on the status of past, on going
and future conservation projects.
